MPM is in need of qualified project managers, and technical support personnel. Presently we have both full time, and project based (part time) positions available. Full time positions are office based and require that the successful candidate work primarily at our Ojai, California offices, with minimal offshore time. MPM also has project based positions available which are ideal for individuals with the flexibility to work on projects intermittently, at field sites and/or utilizing virtual home offices linked to our server.

Inside/Outside Sales Account Manager – Seeking a self directed sales person to fill a new sales position in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will represent and present our company to the Gulf of Mexico offshore oil and gas market, and will be responsible for new business development, and direct sales relationships with current and prospective clients.

• Job Duties will include:

• Qualify sales leads on a daily basis to identify individual contacts within offshore oil and gas companies.
• Prepare and conduct outside sales appointments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activity related to calls, face-to-face meetings and prospect tracking utilizing CRM.
• Create and implement solid strategic sales plans.
• Utilize social media, marketing tools, and other mediums to build upon professional networks and maintain strong professional relationships.
  Requirements:
• Candidates must have at least 5-years experience in outside sales of oil field services and or materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required, with experience in leading formal sales presentations.
• Advanced level use of MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook are a must, along with experience using contact management programs such as CRM.
• A BA/BS degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of facilities engineering process, offshore oil and gas operations, and/or subsea technology is a plus.
